Our Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is dedicated to ensuring a supportive, transparent, and responsive environment for all stakeholders. We aim to address grievances promptly and effectively, fostering trust and confidence in our institution

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee:

  • To uphold the principles of fairness and impartiality in resolving grievances.
  • To provide a structured mechanism for addressing concerns and complaints.
  • To promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.
  • To ensure that grievances are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To create a safe space where stakeholders feel empowered to voice their concerns without fear of retaliation.

Functions of the Grievance Redressal Committee:

  • Receive grievances from students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and assess the nature and scope of the grievance.
  • Investigate the grievance thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.
  • Recommend appropriate actions to resolve the grievance.
  • Follow up on resolutions to ensure effective implementation.
  • Maintain records of grievances and their resolutions for future reference.
  • Conduct awareness programs to educate stakeholders about grievance redressal procedures.
